Ordering & Shipping

Placing Your Order

You may place your order in one of two ways:

1) Online -  Once you place your order with uba BABY, your product will be immediately placed in your shopping cart.  You will be directed to the shopping cart where you will be given three options: 1) Recalculate - If you make product or quantity changes, you must hit the recalculate button for accuracy.  2) Go to Payments - You will be immediately directed to the checkout process.  3)  Continue Shopping - This option will allow you to continue shopping at uba BABY 

2) Email -  If you would prefer to place your order via email,  please contact us at  info@ubababy.com for special instruction.  Payment is by money order or Certified Cheque (from a Canadian Financial Institution).   Orders placed through email will be shipped once payment has been received. 

All prices are in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise stated.  International customers will be charged using Canadian currency.  Current exchange rates will be applied to your credit or debit card by your personal bank or credit card company.  Payment must be made prior to your order being shipped.   Your total purchase cost will include a shipping charge and applicable taxes.

uba BABY accepts the following methods of payment:

    Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

    Money Orders or Certified Cheques (from a Canadian Financial Institution)

All orders are subject to Canadian provincial and federal taxation guildelines.  Baby's clothes are exempt from PST. Orders shipped within Ontario will be charged 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on items that are not tax exempt.  All other Canadian orders will be charged 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on  the shipping address you provide.

Canadian Taxes are not applicable to orders shipped outside of Canada.  International customers are responsible for any and all additional taxes and / or duties charged by customs.  It is the responsiblity of the customer to ensure these payments are made upon receipt of your product(s). 
 

Shipping

Our $99.00 + (pre-tax) Free shipping offer within Canada promotion excludes NWT, Yukon, Nunavut and International destinations.  Free shipping is determined after discounts have been applied.

Free shipping does not apply to 'sale items' (unless otherwise stated) and 'oversized items' 

Pre-ordered products will be shipped with non pre-ordered products, unless otherwise agreed upon.  Additional shipping charges may be applied to partial shipped orders. 

At uba BABY we use Canada Post as our primary method of shipping.  Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours on regular business days.  

Parcels in Canada should be received between 2-10 business days once shipped.
