Returns
Uba BABY guarantees your complete satisfaction! Products may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email us to obtain a refund tracking # and further instructions to process your exchange or refund. All orders requiring a return or exchange require prior approval by uba BABY. No refunds or exchanges will be made without a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.
All items received from manufacturer are inspected for quality assurance. However, if you do receive an item, which is damaged in some way, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you in the exchange/ return process.
All returned or exchanged products must be in new, unwashed, unused and undamaged condition with original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging. Used, soiled, washed or unpackaged products will not be accepted for exchanges or returns. Due to safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personal care products (ie. skin, hair, body) and on any diapers.
Unfortunately, uba BABY does not cover the cost of shipping your unwanted items back, therefore return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. If an item is exchanged for a different item, the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. For our international customers, shipping costs, border taxes and/ or custom charges are not refundable.
Payments made to uba BABY by Paypal will be refunded using Paypal (less shipping charges) All other returns will be processed by cheque. Please allow 10 business days following receipt of your return/ exchange for processing of your refund.
We do not offer any price adjustments for items that go on sale after they have been purchased. All SALE items are final sale (no refunds or exchanges)
